ICRF: children of Razdobudsko and Khorosheva kidnapped in Dagestan

The Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) is investigating the circumstances of disappearance in Dagestan of two young children of Vitali Razdobudsko and Maria Khorosheva. According to investigators, the kids were kidnapped by the members of the armed underground.

According to investigators, Vitaly Razdobudsko and his wife Maria Khorosheva committed a terror act by suicide bombing in the village of Gubden, Dagestan, on February 14, 2011, where three persons were killed and 26 more were wounded.

Before the terror act, their small children were in the city of Izberbash with a local resident. However, to date their whereabouts are unknown, the website of the ICRF said today.

The search of children began after in late August 2011 Natalia Khorosheva addressed the adaptation commission asking all the Dagestanis for help in finding her grandchildren – a girl and a boy. Late last year, the Dagestani police began searching for missing children, the "Moskovsky Komsomolets" writes with reference to Sevil Novruzova, a member of the commission for the Derbent District.

The kids in question are Abdullah, 1.5, and Maryam, 4 years old, said the spokesman of the Dagestani Department of the ICRF.

The children were under care of a woman named Latifa, 37, who was unemployed. On the eve of the terror act Khorosheva came to Latifa and left her children with her. A year after the act, the whereabouts of Latifa was established – she rented an apartment in the village of Semender near Makhachkala, but when law enforcers managed to get there, neither Razdobudsko-Khorosheva's children, nor the woman were there, the "Life-News" reports.
