Kadyrov’s daughter complains about violation of medical ethics

Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya Aishat Kadyrova, a daughter of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, sent a complaint to the Chechen Ministry for Public Health about violation of medical ethics. Adam Alkhanov, Chechen Minister for Public Health, announced that the doctor about whom Aishat Kadyrova complained would be punished. The Minister for Public Health has also threatened punishment for other doctors who violate professional ethics.

In his Telegram channel, Adam Alkhanov has emphasized that in the medical field, any information related to a person’s health status, including the information about the fact of seeking medical help, should remain between the doctor and the patient.

The “Caucasian Knot” has also reported that on September 14, Elkhan Suleimanov, the former Minister for Public Health and the Deputy Chairman of the Government of Chechnya, announced that he resigned of his own free will and left for another country. After his resignation, the former minister avoided publicity, and Telegram channels reported that Elkhan Suleimanov had been allegedly brutally killed.

On October 7, Ramzan Kadyrov announced that Adam Alkhanov, who earlier served as the Deputy Prime Minister of the republic, was appointed the new Chechen Minister for Public Health.
