Baku resident attempts self-immolation because of salary debts

Because his company failed to pay him salary for two months, the man poured gasoline over himself and set fire to it. With burns, he was hospitalized.

The accident occurred on March 5 in the village of Azi Aslanova of the Khatai District. The 33-year-old man did it at a police station. The nearby people managed to suppress the flame, the "Sputnik-Azerbaijan" reports.

According to preliminary data, the man works as a driver, and he has not been paid his salary for two months, the "oxu.az" reports.
