In August 2021, no victims of armed conflict recorded in Northern Caucasus

In August 2021, no information on any victims of the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus was available. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

In August 2021, there were no recorded victims of the conflict in any of the regions of Northern Caucasus, which includes Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia-Alania, the Stavropol Territory and Chechnya.

The statistics cited cannot accurately reflect the number of victims. Not all the data gets into news bulletins. It is not always possible to check how true the statements of law enforcement bodies are; and new data on the events that happened during the reporting period sometimes become known after the publication of statistics on the "Caucasian Knot".

In July 2021, six people were killed as a result of the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus.
