North-Ossetian woman suspected of discrediting militaries

A protocol under the article on discrediting the Russian Army has been drawn up against Marina Gagieva, a resident of North Ossetia. This was reported by the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that a Vladikavkaz court accepted for consideration two administrative cases against Roman Khidirov, accused under the article on discrediting the army.

On November 17, the court also fined Ruslan Totrov, a journalist, by 50,000 roubles, finding him guilty of discrediting Russian militaries. Totrov has linked the three cases against him in a row about discrediting the army with his professional activities. After the three administrative protocols, the risk of initiating a criminal case against Totrov has increased, his advocate has noted.
