Constitutional Court refuses to recognize the obstacles arisen in front of Ter-Petrosyan to be insuperable

On February 11, the Constitutional Court of Armenia rejected the claim of presidential candidate Levon Ter-Petrosyan, who demanded to recognize the obstacles that he has faced in his pre-election campaign to be insuperable.

According to the decision of the Constitutional Court, the facts as presented by the claimant cannot be regarded as absolute obstacles for a candidate.
