In Ingushetia, court starts trying Evloev's murder case

The Nazran Court of Ingushetia has started considering on the merits the criminal case on the murder of Magomed Evloev, former owner of the website "Ingushetia.Ru".

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Magomed Evloev died on August 31, 2008.

The defendant in the case is Ibragim Evloev, former head of security of the head of the MIA of Ingushetia; he is accused of manslaughter.

At the court session on May 21 on Evloev's murder case the defendant was not present, as the "Interfax" reports.

The "Kasparov.Ru" notes that Magomed Evloev's family quitted the courtroom, deciding to boycott the trial.

The next session was appointed on May 26. It is expected that Ibragim Evloev will plead guilty or not there, as reported by the "Echo Moskvy" Radio.
