Dagestan's MIA names militants who attacked Buinaksk

In Dagestan, the republic's Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has informed that law enforcers know the names of several militants from the grouping that committed, in the evening on August 13, an attack on militia post and sauna killing 11 persons. According to militiamen, the bandits, from 10 to 15 persons, were commanded by Nabi Migitdinov.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has reported that on August 13, at about 9 p.m., unknown persons shot dead the members of the militia post near the city of Buinaksk. Four militiamen were killed in situ. Some minutes later, the criminals opened fire on the sauna, located several dozens meters away from the militia post. Seven women who worked in the sauna died from received wounds.

According to the MIA, Nabi Migitdinov commands militants in the Buinaksk District and is searched on terrorism charges.
