The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent telephoned Gela Nikolaishvili, General Kobaladze's advocate, who said that among the 20 defendants who had refused to evidence there are Leval Amiridze and Koba Otanadze, accused of organizing the mutiny, and Shota Gorgiashvili, commander of the Mukhrovani battalion.

General Kobaladze gave his evidence and said that he was not acquainted with Gvaladze, who accused him of organizing the mutiny. He also said that he had not seen Otanadze for about 9 years, and Amiridze - for 4 years. Both defendants confirmed Kobaladze's words.

The 13 defendants who signed the remedial agreement in exchange for cooperation were sentenced to two years of imprisonment. The court offered an agreement other defendants: admission of guilt in exchange of 5 years in prison; but the defendants refused.

The court isolated the case of the 13 defendants, including Gvaladze, who has already changed his evidences for five times, into a separate proceeding and handed over to another court, just to hide the truth. Under Mr Nikolaishvili's statement, Gvaladze, when he was taken out of the courtroom, apologized before Kobaladze, saying that he had no other choice.
