Aircraft of "Dagestan Airlines" made emergency landing in "Domodedovo"; there are casualties
The craft of the "Dagestan Airlines", which took off today from Moscow's "Vnukovo" Airport to Makhachkala, made an emergency landing in "Domodedovo" after failure of all three engines. Two persons perished and 56 more were wounded.
According to the Transport Prosecutor's Office, there were 163 passengers, including 7 children, and 9 crew members onboard.
The aircraft skidded off the runway and partially broke into parts. The passengers, who suffered a hard landing in "Domodedovo" of the unfortunate Tu-154, said not a single emergency chute was working after the landing.
As stated by Mirza Omariev, Director General of the "Dagestan Airlines", there are no doubts of the maintenance of the aircraft, experience and proper actions of the crew.
