Attempt against Special Representative of President of Russia has been committed
A self-made explosive assembly exploded in the center of Grozny.
It happened when the motorcade of the responsible member of the staff of the Special Representative of the President of Russia for Human Civil Rights and Freedoms in Chechnya Nurdi Nukhazhiyev was passing along the road.
The source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya reported it to the agency on Friday. Nukhazhieyev himself, his retinue and security did not suffer. The charge was laid 50 metres far from the road, so there were no victims.
