People to serve by contract in Chechnya being recruited in Karachaevo-Cherkessia for first time

The republican military registration and enlistment office has announced that it is selecting 12 candidates to serve in military units stationed in Chechnya by a 3-year contract. The recruits who will win the competition will get special training at the Mozdok Training Center and then will be sent to Khankala. The military registration and enlistment office reports there is no end of people wanting to sign the contract. The reason is in the promised money allowance of 15 thousand rubles, which is huge pay by local measures. The majority of the candidates are unemployed men who have already served for a fixed period in Chechnya.
