A kidnapped bodyguard of killed businessman Kadin in Volgograd found alive

An ex-bodyguard of entrepreneur and Vice-President of Volgograd regional Boxing Federation who was killed earlier Vladimir Kadin, kidnapped in Volgograd was found alive. Two of the four abductors, residents of Chechnya, were detained, a source in law enforcement bodies reported.

Earlier, officials of Investigation Committee (IC) of Committee of Inquiry in Volgograd region informed that at 11:55, January, 20, a forty-five-years-old Leonid Shishkov, ex-bodyguard of entrepreneur and Vice-President of Volgograd regional Boxing Federation Vladimir Kadin who was killed in summer of 2011, was kidnapped by four unidentified persons in a sheltered parking lot near "Voroshilovsky" shopping center.

According to the Committee, it was established that Shishkov was returning from a bathhouse and went to the parking lot to take the car he had left there. On seeing Shishkv, three masked men wearing camouflage uniforms without identification marks jumped out of a charcoal color "Lada-Priora" standing nearby and tried to pinion the man. Members of IC state that Leonid Shishkov attempted to escape from the attackers running along the parking lot but failed: the attackers shot at him from traumatic weapon no less than three times, overtook him, forced him into the cabin of "Priora" and then escaped.

IC reports that the "Priora" left the parking lot with an alien exit coupon which was substituted already inside the lot, V1.ru reports. The persons who exchanged the parking coupons with the abductors were detained.

A criminal case was initiated on the fact according to part 2, clause 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("kidnapping by a group of persons by previous concert"). An "Intercept" operation was enacted in the region.

Already on the sixth day law enforcement bodies of the republic reported that Shishkov was found alive and was under interrogation in Chief Investigation Directorate of Volgograd region. According to the source, the man got several wounds from traumatic weapon, however, at night he managed to get free and escaped from prison. Other details are not yet disclosed in the interests of the investigation, "Oblastnye Vesti" ("Regional News") reports.

According to another source, two of the four Shishkov's abductors were detained. They turned out to be natives of Chechnya. The investigation is finding out the motives for the abduction. It is not ruled out that the abductors acted upon instruction for Shishkov was Vladimir Kadin's close friend, "Volzhane. ru" reports.
