In Astrakhan, one person stops participating in hunger strike because of poor health

Tonight, in Astrakhan, Sergey Chaplygin, one of the hunger strikers, felt unwell and, therefore, ceased to participate in the protest action.

In the evening, an ambulance was called for Sergey Chaplygin. Doctors measured his blood pressure, check blood glucose level and made a cardiogram, and then they diagnosed the very low level of glucose in his blood and warned the man about the possible consequences of continuing the hunger strike.

Sergey Chaplygin refused to be hospitalized; however, he stopped participating in the hunger strike.

Before leaving, Sergey Chaplygin said that, despite his poor health, he will continue to actively assist in achieving the main goal of the protesters.
