Court extends arrest of defendants in "Domodedovo" Airport terror act till June 4
The Moscow City Court has extended the period of arrest of Islam and Ilez Yandiev, two figurants in the case of the terror act at the "Domodedovo" Airport, till June 4. This was announced by a representative at the press service of the Court.
According to the press service of the Moscow City Court, the Court granted the motion of investigators to extend the term of keeping in custody of Yandiev brothers till June 4, the "RAPSI" (Russian Agency of Legal and Judicial Information) reports.
"The victims started to examine the materials of the criminal case, and after that, the materials will be presented to the attention of the defendants," the "Interfax" quotes Vladimir Markin, Spokesman of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) as saying.
Comments of Islam and Ilez Yandiev or their representatives on the decision pronounced by the Court are still not available.
