Three persons killed in special operation in Dagestan

In the Khasavyurt District of Dagestan, power agents have shot dead three suspected militants, involved, according to the Russia's National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) in murdering policemen on the day of the recent presidential election.

Today, law enforcers have reported about blocking a group of militants in a private house located in the village of Oktiabrskoe.

"Prior to start the active phase of the special operation, we evacuated residents of nearby houses; then, the bandits were offered to lay down arms and surrender. However, at 11:50, the militants opened chaotic fire and were killed by response fire and in the special operation," the RIA "Novosti" quotes a source from the NAC.

At present, the zone of the special operation is blocked, the "Interfax" adds with reference to the source.
