In Azerbaijan, Sabirabad District residents hold protest action

Today, about 500 residents of the village of Minbashi and Zalgaragat of the Sabirabad District of Azerbaijan, who were affected by the flood of the Kura River, have held a protest action.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 9, the residents of the village of Minbashi resumed their protest actions, demanding dismissal of Rukhulla Godjaev, the head of the local municipality, and Ikenderov, a representative of the executive authorities in the village of Beiler. He also said that new executive representative would be appointed to the village, and the first deputy head of the executive authorities would also be delegated to the village to meet people and listen to their problems and make the appropriate conclusions, the "APA" reports.
