"The mother of Magamaev was alarmed by the fact that her son did not call her, like he usually did if being absent for a long time, and she phoned to the mobile phone of her son. According to her, after several rings, the phone of her son turned off. He did not reach his relatives in the Cossack village of Sleptsovskaya," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told in the Union of Chechen NGOs.

The mother of disappeared Isa Magamaev filed a complaint about disappearance of her son to the district police stations of the Sunzha District and the neighbouring Achkhoi-Martan and the Urus-Martan Districts of Chechnya. The policemen stated that relevant investigations were underway.

"We consider several versions of the incident, among them we cannot exclude the version that the disappearance might have been staged by the very young man.
