In Nagorno-Karabakh, one soldier killed and two wounded

Last night, Azerbaijani reconnaissance and sabotage group tried to enter at the position of the Defence Army of Karabakh. As a result of the combat action, the Karabakh side lost one soldier, and two soldiers were wounded. This was reported by the Department of Information and Propaganda of the army of the unrecognized republic.

The report notes that the units of the Defence Army of Karabakh, stationed at the forefront, have found the enemy and, joining the defensive action, threw the enemy to its original position. "As a result of shooting the enemy suffered heavy losses," stated the Department of Information and Propaganda.

According to the report, the Karabakh side also suffered losses during the operation Junior Sergeant Vartan Oganyan was killed, and soldiers Araik Mavreyan and Volodya Tsatryan were wounded, the IA "News-Armenia" reports.

In its turn, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) stated that, starting from 6:00 p.m. on June 5 and till 8:00 a.m. on June 6, units of the Armenian Army violated the ceasefire along the entire line of the front, the "APA" reports.

"Despite the intense shelling, the Azerbaijani side has not suffered any losses. In all cases, the enemy was silenced by return fire," states the release of the Azerbaijani MoD.
