In Kislovodsk, the criminal case was instituted against the paediatrician, who failed to assign necessary medical treatment for a 6-month-old infant, and that fact resulted in the infant's death. This was reported by the Investigatory Department of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) in the Stavropol Territory.
