Electricity disconnections in Bart camp

Electric power supply has been periodically cut off for the last few days in the tent camp of Chechen refugees Bart, which is in the town of Karabulak. The camp is reportedly supplied with electric power several times a day. All the rest time people spend without electric light. Besides, residents of the camp complain their living conditions have seriously worsened. There has been no water in Bart for several months. The water that is furnished to the camp by special vehicles is very muddy and unsuitable for drinking, according to displaced persons. People have to ask locals living near-by for water and cover thousands of meters while carrying it to the camp.
