Moscow: investigators bring case on Yuri Budanov's murder to Prosecutor's Office

The Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) brought the case on the Yuri Budanov's murder to the Prosecutor's Office for approval of indictment. This was reported today by Vladimir Markin, Spokesman of the ICRF.

According to him, the investigators collected sufficient evidence, and the case is being brought to the Prosecutor's Office for confirmation of the indictment and its subsequent transfer to the court.

"We have completed the investigation into the criminal case against Yusup Temerkhanov, accused of the murder by reason of hatred and hostility towards a social group (the maximum penalty under the article is life imprisonment, note of the 'Caucasian Knot')," the RIA "Novosti" quotes Vladimir Markin as saying.

Yusup Temerkhanov was also charged under the second article "arms traffic", the "Interfax" reports.

Till present, Yusup Temerkhanov and his lawyer Murad Musaev did not comment on the information about transfer of the case to the Prosecutor's Office.
