The notary near whose office Budanov was killed gave an account about the day of the murder in court
Today Moscow city court heard the evidence of employees of the notary's office near which ex-colonel Yuri Budanov was killed.
Anna Onilova’s interrogation passed within the framework of adduction of the evidence of the defendant’s guilt by Public Prosecutor’s office, the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent reports.
The witness for the prosecution told the court that on June, 10, 2011, she was in the office and at about noon she “started preparing documents for the Budanovs’ child going abroad upon a request of notary Elena Belova’s assistant”. According to the witness, hearing noise and fuss in the corridor she “realized that there was a murder and depressed the alarm button”.
Then state prosecution interrogated notary Natalia Gagarina. The notary heard somebody shouting near the office that the ex-colonel was shot at. “I saw Yura and his wife who bent forward over him hysterically crying: “Yura, you just breath!”. Budanov’s widow was in a very grave state and everyone was trying to help her, the witness said.
