Two people killed in skirmish in Grozny

On March 17, officers of Akhmad Kadyrov's security service opened fire in the center of Grozny, near the Fashion House. Two people, a teenager and a woman, who tuned out to be near the scene were killed as a result. Police officers of Grozny's Zavodskoy police department detained those involved in the murder of the two people.

However the malefactors were released later as their fellow officers came to the building of the police department, 300 in number, and pressed for their release.
