Azerbaijan officer kills Armenian colleague at NATO courses in Hungary

An unprecedented murder was committed on February 19, reported the information and propaganda department of the Armenian Defense Ministry. Lieutenant Gurgen Margarian, who was taking a course of English within the framework of NATO's Partnership for Peace program in Hungary, was killed with an axe by his Azerbaijan colleague, Senior Lieutenant Ramil Safarov. There was also an attempt on the life of another Armenian officer, but it was prevented. The Defense Ministry expresses hope in its report that the international public will draw appropriate conclusions and give adequate evaluation.
