Administrations in Russia's South infringe on rights of veterans and disabled people
Administrations infringe on rights of the veterans and disabled people in a half of administrative districts in Russia's South, stated Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Sergey Fridinsky in Rostov on April 27. Criminal procedures have been instituted against officials of the Rostov mayor's office. They are suspected of robbing 3.5 thousand veterans and disabled people living in Rostov, a capital of Rostov Region, of legal benefits. Checks have revealed that the rights officials in the South Federal District most often infringe on are property rights, the right to benefits for public conveyances, and the right to benefits for public utilities.
