Mother of "Nord-Ost" victim turns to European Court of Human Rights

The press conference "Having Despaired of the Russian Justice, an Injured Party in the "Nord-Ost" Criminal Case Turns to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg" will take place at the Independent Press Center on March 30.  Participants in the press conference will be Tatyana Lukashova, a mother of a victim of the terrorist act, and Stanislav Markelov, Tatyana Lukashova's lawyer.
