Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov never lost his mobile phone during his visit to the ethnographic complex in the Shali District, announced his spokesman Alvi Karimov on Tuesday.

Earlier, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" has reported that on August 16, staff members of the police and the district administrations summoned and questioned more than one thousand of people, including minors, in connection with the fact that Ramzan Kadyrov lost his mobile phone. The mobile phone was lost at the opening of the ethnographic complex "Shira-Yurt," reported the HRC "Memorial".

According to Alvi Karimov, the information about loss of the mobile phone is false. "It's a lie. Ramzan Akhmetovich has got two mobile phones, and they are both on his desktop," the "Interfax" quotes Alvi Karimov as saying.
