"Interfax": Anzor Gubashev names all those involved in Nemtsov's murder

Anzor Gubashev, a figurant in the murder case of Boris Nemtsov, has named to investigators all those involved in the killing of the politician. Meanwhile, he tried to convince investigators that his cousin Shagid Gubashev was innocent, the "Interfax" reports.

Boris Nemtsov was killed in Moscow on February 27. Five persons, including Zaur Dadaev, Anzor and Shagid Gubashev, Khamzat Bakhaev and Tamerlan Eskerkhanov, were detained on suspicion of involvement in the murder and put under arrest.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 22, in the court, when Anzor Gubashev's arrest extension was considered, he refused to plead guilty of involving in Nemtsov's murder. But on June 8 the "Kommersant" newspaper reported, citing its law enforcement sources, that Anzor Gubashev had confessed of his participation in the murder back on March 7 and named the reason of the crime in the revenge on the politician for his position in the resonant history with the publication of caricatures on Prophet Mohammed in the French magazine "Charlie Hebdo".

The detailed testimony of Anzor Gubashev, who has been recently cooperating with investigators, indicates on all those involved in the murder of Nemtsov. His evidence has confirmed that those arrested in the case were actual perpetrators of the murder, the "Interfax" reports today, citing a source familiar with the situation.

However, Anzor Gubashev declared the non-involvement of Shagid Gubashev in Nemtsov's murder case; however, it is perceived, according to the source, as an attempt to "whitewash" his cousin.
