Mansur Usmanov and Bislan Baidulaev, killed by power agents in Grozny, will be buried into anonymous graves without notifying their relatives. According to power agents, they were involved in the commission of terror acts in Grozny.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 26 in Grozny power agents blocked two suspected militants, who, according to official information, were first to open fire and wounded two policemen. The casualties were identified as Mansur Usmanov and Bislan Baidulaev – members of the grouping commanded by Tagilov, who is subordinated to Aslan Byutukaev.
In June, Aslan Byutukaev, the commander of the battalion of suicide bombers sworn, on behalf of Chechen militants, to the leaders of the "Islamic State", which is treated as a terrorist organization.
The assassinated Bislan Baidulaev and Mansur Usmanov were involved in the commission of terror acts in Grozny in late 2014, and planned to commit new acts of terror, a local power source told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. According to his story, in February 2015, Usmanov and Baidulaev planned to commit a terror act against the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, "but law enforcers managed to prevent the act."
"According to the federal legislation, bodies of terrorists are not given out to relatives for burial. They are buried into nameless graves, without notifying their relatives," said a source from the Chechen police.
