Man accused of aiding and abetting killers of policeman detained in Moscow

A man detained in Moscow is suspected of providing housing, transportation and means of communication to suspected killers of Lieutenant Viktor Razudalov of the Moscow Police.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 6, policeman Viktor Razudalov was killed in Moscow while he tried to check the documents of three men. Ruslan Parsilaev, a native of Babayurt, was detained on suspicion of killing Viktor Razudalov, and his countrymen Azamat Shikhavov and Zavurov Khamutaev were put on the wanted list for killing law enforcers in Dagestan. On November 17, the police reported on the deaths of Shikhavov and Khamutaev during their detention in Kalmykia.

"On November 18, M. N. Nazarov, born in 1986, was detained on suspicion of aiding and abetting Shikhavov and Khamutaev. In the period from July to September, Nazarov assisted them in providing with housing at a specified address, as well as in providing them with transportation and means of communications. Besides, he was hiding them from the law enforcement agencies," the "TASS" quotes a source from the law enforcement agencies as reporting.

Criminal proceedings are initiated against the suspect under Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of an illegal armed formation (IAF) or involvement therein), the "Interfax" reports.
