Did Magomed Yevloyev lead rebel attacks in Ingushetia?

Rebels who invaded Ingushetia on the night of June 22 were members of the group of a certain Magomed Yevloyev. He is one of Shamil Basayev's closest brothers-in-arms and acted by his order.

Meantime, several thousands of people bearing the name of Magomed Yevloyev live on the territory of Ingushetia. Even in Moscow live 75 people bearing such a name.

As reported by the Ingushetia.ru website, Shamil Basayev or a man bearing resemblance to him was noted among the attackers. However Ingushetia.ru correspondents have not succeeded in getting confirmation of it.
