Videos of militant executions of head of Karamakhi village and resident of Chankurbe village posted on Internet

The "REN TV" TV Channel showed the videos depicting the executions of Migitin Djavadov, the head of the Dagestani village of Karamakhi, and Shamil Ibakov, a resident of the village of Chankurbe. According to the "REN TV" TV Channel, the videos of the executions were shot and disseminated by militants, who sworn allegiance to the "Islamic State" (IS), banned in Russia and recognized as a terrorist organization.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 1, the body of Migitin Djavadov, the head of the village of Karamakhi of the Buynaksk District, was found in a forested area in the Karabudakhkent District. According to the authorities, on September 30, he was kidnapped from his home by armed men in masks. Migitin Djavadov was kidnapped by five men, who acted under the guise of law enforcers, an official of the Buynaksk District administration reported.

The video depicting the execution of Migitin Djavadov lasts seven seconds. The video material shows how the head of Karamakhi village sits in the back seat of a car, and a militant from the front passenger seat, whose face is not visible, shoots in Migitin Djavadov's forehead and kills him.

The second video lasts 15 seconds, and it shows how a man with a shovel digs a pit. Then, two men approached him, and one of them kills him.

The video depicts the death of 23-year-old Shamil Ibakov. He and Migitin Djavadov were witnesses in the criminal case against a resident of Dagestan, accused of rendering assistance to illegal armed formations (IAFs), and they were involved in the trial against the suspect. The executions might be organized by Rustam Asilderov, the leader of the Dagestani armed underground, the "REN TV" TV Channel reports with reference to sources from the secret services.
