Nagorno-Karabakh reports on reduction of tension in conflict zone

During the past day, the situation on the contact line of armed forces was relatively calm. This was reported by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by a press officer of the Nagorno-Karabakh MoD that over the past day, "in general, the situation on the contact line remained relatively calm."

Meanwhile, the press officer of the Nagorno-Karabakh MoD has also noted that "in the different sections of the contact line, the Azerbaijani side fired from different types of small arms."

Earlier today, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence has reported that during one day, the Armed Forces of Armenia 121 times violated the ceasefire at the contact line of armed forces. On January 13, Nagorno-Karabakh accused Azerbaijan of shelling from mortars and grenade launchers.
