CTO legal regime introduced in Dagestani village of Andi
This morning, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime has been introduced in the village of Andi in the Botlikh District of Dagestan. This was reported by an official from the operational headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) for Dagestan.
According to him, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the village of Andi at 9:30 a.m. Moscow time, and law enforcers are engaged in activities to search for militants.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that yesterday, in Dagestan, the CTO legal regime was cancelled in three districts, including the Tabasaran (where the CTO legal regime was in force since January 21, 2016) and Suleiman-Stalsky Districts and in some territories of the Khiv District (where it was introduced on December 30, 2015).
