CTO legal regime cancelled in Dagestani village of Andi
In Dagestan, the operational headquarters has made a decision to lift the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime, which was introduced in the village of Andi of the Botlikh District on March 25.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the village of Andi, the CTO legal regime was introduced at 5:00 a.m. Moscow time of March 25. According to the operational information, law enforcers were engaged in activities to search for militants. The CTO legal regime was introduced in the village of Andi for the second time since the beginning of the year of 2016.
According to an official from the operational headquarters for Dagestan, the CTO legal regime in the village of Andi has been cancelled "in connection with the completion of all activities." "At 12:00 a.m. Moscow time, in accordance with the decision of the operational headquarters, the CTO legal regime in the village of Andi of the Botlikh District was cancelled," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the official of the operational headquarters for Dagestan as reporting.
In the village of Andi, law enforcers "checked passports, and special forces were engaged in combing the terrain," the RIA "Dagestan" reports.
