"Kommersant": pilots of crashed Boeing quarrelled several seconds before crash

The crash of Boeing 737-800 of the "FlyDubai" in Rostov-on-Don could be caused by a quarrel between the pilots, the newspaper "Kommersant" reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Boeing 737 of the airline "FlyDubai", which flew from Dubai to Rostov-on-Don, crashed down at night on March 19. All the 62 passengers and crew members were killed. According to the preliminary version, the crash was caused by crew error, bad weather conditions or and a technical failure.

After an unsuccessful attempt of landing, one of the pilots tried to raise the plane and, most likely, lifted the nose of the plane too much. As a result, the plane lost speed. After that, a conflict occurred in the pilots' compartment, when one of the pilots shouted to his partner: "Where do you fly? Stop!" the "Kommersant" reports.

According to the experts' information, the pilots of the Boeing 737-800 failed to fix a spontaneous manoeuvre of the plane because of fatigue or lack the necessary experience. When the plane began to lose altitude, a quarrel occurred between the pilots.

One pilot was accelerating the mode of the engine operation to take off and was trying to increase the speed in order to raise the plane. His partner was trying to lower the nose of the plane and stop drifting up. The control of the aircraft had been failed, and the on-board computer began receiving signals that indicated manipulations carried out at both steering wheels.
