Court dismisses claim on bankruptcy of "Krasnaya Polyana"

On June 10, the court considered the claim filed by Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Transport and Construction of Communications" against the NPJSC "Krasnaya Polyana".

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in February, 96.9% shares of the Non-Public Joint-Stock Company (NPJSC)"Krasnaya Polyana" were purchased by Company "Kurort Plus". The transaction concluded through the Savings Bank amounted to 35 billion roubles. In December 2015, the Supervisory Board of Vnesheconombank approved the sale of the shares of the NPJSC "Krasnaya Polyana" to Company "Kurort Plus".

The decision to dismiss the lawsuit was made by the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory.

The NPJSC "Krasnaya Polyana" owns the Sochi resort of "Gorki Gorod" (including ski complex "Gornaya Karusel" (Mountain Carousel), luxury hotels, residential real estate, cafes, restaurants, and night clubs), the "Yug Times" reports.
