Two men killed during CTO in Kharachi

In Dagestan, two suspected militants were killed during an armed clash in the Untsukul District.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, at 2:00 a.m. Moscow time, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime was introduced in the village of Kharachi.

According to a source from the law enforcement bodies, militants were discovered in the course of operational and search activities. "They refused to surrender and opened fire on law enforcers," reports the source as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".
