NAC reports on three persons killed in special operation in Kabardino-Balkaria

On October 13, in the Chegem District, three persons were killed, including the leader of the criminal grouping, which members shelled and killed two policemen in the town of Prokhladny. This was reported by the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 13, in the village of Yanikoi of the Chegem District, according to a source from the law enforcement bodies of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), four persons were killed, who might have been involved in the attack on inspectors of the road-and-patrol service (known as DPS) in the town of Prokhladny. One more person is wanted.

At night of October 9, in the town of Prokhladny, four men shelled DPS inspectors. As a result, DPS inspectors Albert Kerimov and Vladimir Mishkov were killed.

On October 13, in a special operation carried out in Kabardino-Balkaria, law enforcers killed a leader and two members of a criminal grouping, involved in the killings of policemen in the republic, the "Interfax" reports with reference to the information centre of the NAC.

Today, on October 14, the "Life" reports with reference to a source from the law enforcement bodies that Murat Kaufov, born in 1996, Islam Nagoev, born in 1992, and Aslabek Nakhushev, born in 1994, were killed in the Chegem District.

According to the report, one more militant was wounded during the special operation, and the law enforcers are engaged in search for him.
