Today, at the hearings held at the Parliament of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) and devoted to issues of combating terrorism and extremism, Arthur Makhov, Deputy Prosecutor of the KBR, has reported that at least 170 residents of Kabardino-Balkaria are involved in activities of the "Islamic State" (IS), banned by court in Russia and recognized as a terrorist organization.
