In the morning of March 19, the counterterrorist (CTO) legal regime was introduced in Khasavyurt, the Khasavyurt District, and within some territories in the Kazbek and Kizilyurt Districts, bordered by the villages and towns of Leninaul, Kalininaul, Dylym, Gostala, and Inchkha of the Kazbek District, and Miatli, Bavtugai and bridge across the Yuz Bash Canal of the Kizilyurt District of Dagestan.

Until present, no active actions have been carried out in the CTO area, reports a source from the law enforcement bodies. According to the source, law enforcers check the information about members of illegal armed formations (IAFs).
