Ingush MP shelled

Unidentified people shelled a car in which Set-Salim Akhilgov, a deputy of the People's Assembly of Ingushetia, was travelling to work. The MP and his driver were not injured.

The incident has occurred today in the Nazran District, reports a source from the law enforcement agencies of Ingushetia.

"On Thursday, unidentified people used, presumably, automatic weapon to shell the car of Set-Salim Akhilgov, a deputy of the People's Assembly of Ingushetia," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the source from the Ingush law enforcement agencies as reporting.

The car was hit by several bullets, but no one was injured, the "Interfax-Yug" reports with reference to an informed source from the Ingush law enforcement agencies.

The car was shelled when Set-Salim Akhilgov was travelling to work. There were the MP and his driver in the car, the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" reports with reference to an official from the press service of the People's Assembly of Ingushetia.
