Relatives of Abdurakhmanov, a resident of Dagestan, re-announce his disappearance

Rashid Abdurakhmanov, a resident of Dagestan, failed to leave a ROVD (District Interior Division) of Makhachkala after the alleged release, his relatives report. In their turn, law enforcers assert that he was released from the ROVD.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that relatives of Rashid Abdurakhmanov, a resident of the Dagestani village of Chervleny Buruny, could not establish his whereabouts after his detention on June 13. On June 15, relatives found out that he was kept at the ROVD. The police reported that he had been detained for petty hooliganism and would be released on June 16.

Today, Rashid's mother and wife arrived in Makhachkala to meet him. However, they were told at the ROVD that he was not there.

After they told a ROVD employee that they saw Abdurakhmanov in the ROVD yard, the officer drove them away.

The women claim that they did not leave the checkpoint of the ROVD, but they saw two cars leaving the ROVD.

Now, Abdurakhmanov relatives intend to apply to an advocate.
