On air of "Spas" TV Channel, Ruzanna Tuko offered to become a State Duma MP

Medallist Ruzanna Tuko has become a participant in the show of the "Spas" Orthodox TV Channel. Arkady Mamontov, a well-known journalist, has suggested the school-leaver to become "the youngest State Duma MP."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 21, at the school leaving party in a secondary school in the Takhtamukai District of Adygea, Ruzanna Tuko claimed that her classmate had undeservedly got a medal, since her mother was an official from the education system agencies for the Takhtamukai District.

On June 27, Ruzanna Tuko and her father became participants of the live show "Live Air" on the "Russia-1" TV Channel. During the talk show, the school-leaver broke the Circassian traditions and behaved unworthily, believes Naima Neflyasheva, Senior Researcher at the Centre for Civilization and Regional Studies of the Institute for African Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS).

According to a video posted on the Ruzanna Tuko's page in Instagram, Arkady Mamontov thanked her for her courage. She herself stated that she wanted to become a doctor.

Ruzanna Tuko has also become a participant of the talk show "Pust Govoryat" (Let Them Talk) on the air of the "Channel One" TV Channel, the "Tricolour-Magazine" reports.

Users of the social network "VKontakte" and readers of the "Caucasian Knot" argued about the appropriateness of the Ruzanna Tuko's participation in talk shows on federal TV channels.

"To boast is bad, and I do not respect her and her daddy for that. However, let Ruzanna Tuko be a responsible citizen of the Russian Federation without any national folklore quirks than 'a proud Circassian girl' who does not take dirty linen out of the hut," wrote a reader with the nickname of radiowerewolf.
