According to the "Caucasian Knot", the CTO regime was introduced in the Kizilyurt District for the second time since the beginning of the year, and in the Babayurt District – for the first time in 2017.

The CTO regime was cancelled in both districts today at 9:30 a.m. Moscow time "in connection with the completion of special activities to identify and detain members of illegal armed formations (IAFs)," the "Interfax-Yug" reports referring to its source from the Operative Headquarters of the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) in Dagestan.
