Two Dagestani natives arrested after shootout at "Moscow City" complex

On November 22, the Presnya District Court of Moscow arrested two natives of Dagestan in the case of a shootout in the "Moscow City" complex, as a result of which one person was killed and several others were wounded.

The incident occurred in the evening on November 17. In the territory of the "Moscow City" complex, a conflict occurred between body guards of two visitors. The conflict ended with a shootout. As a result, six persons were wounded.

The conflict occurred after body guards of a businessman who had a jubilee party in a restaurant remarked on a violation of parking rules allegedly committed by a driver of a foreign-made car, which, according to the "Moskovsky Komsomolets", appeared to belong to another authoritative entrepreneur.

On November 22, one of the victims of the shootout died.

As part of the investigation into the case, law enforcers detained two men, born in 1988 and 1977. The Presnya District Court of Moscow sentenced both detainees to two months of arrests.
