Missing Chechen schoolboy declared terrorist

Relatives believe that law enforcers were involved in disappearance of a Chechen teenager, whose brother went to Syria. Social groups associated with the police report that the teenager is involved in preparing terror acts.

The missing guy was last seen on December 7, in a fixed-route minibus, in which he left the village of Braguny for Gudermes, his relatives told the "Caucasian Knot".

Since his disappearance, the schoolboy several times appeared in the WhatsApp messenger, but they could not call him, said his sister.

Law enforcers may be involved in the disappearance of the schoolboy, since about three years ago his elder brother left for Syria and disappeared there, relatives have stated.

"According to preliminary information, he can be used to commit a terror act by using an improvised explosive device," says the community "Search Ingushetia" in the social network "VKontakte".

The court ruling, which awarded Madin Gubzhokov compensation of 30,000 roubles for unlawful criminal prosecution, is incomparable with the moral harm caused by the actions of Azamat Kyaov, a former law enforcer.
