Two law enforcers suspected of killing KBR resident

The police have detained two law enforcers on suspicion of killing a man in the settlement of Elbrus, a source said. According to local residents, the man refused to give them a lift; and this triggered a conflict.

The incident occurred on April 6; and a record from a CCTV camera has spread in the WhatsApp.

The guy was sitting in his car, when two drunken men approached him and demanded to take them to Terskol. The guy refused. The quarrel soon turned into a fight, residents of Elbrus told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to preliminary data, the attackers we law enforcers, sent to the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) from another region of Russia.

"They had a conflict with a guy from the KBR; as a result they traumatized his and stabbed him in the neck," the "Interfax" quotes its source as saying.
