Law enforcers report killing three militants in Chechnya

On September 16, servicemen of the "Rosgvardia" (Russian National Guard) shot dead three militants on the Chechen-Ingush border, law enforcement sources have stated.

An armed clash of law enforcers with a grouping of militants occurred in the territory of the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya near the border with Ingushetia.

The casualties were identified as Anatoly Khadjiev, 35, a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria; Osmandjon Kochkarov, 32, a native of Kyrgyzstan; and Movsar Aleroev, 26, a resident of Ingushetia, the Telegram-channel named "Siloviki" (Law Enforcers) has reported.

In June this year, Movsar Aleroev, a 26-year-old resident of the Malgobek District, was declared missing.

The Telegram-channel "Burka Daily" has posted a scan of the document "Explanatory note to the armed clash on September 16 in the Achkhoi-Martan District of the Chechen Republic".

It follows from this document that the murdered Khadjiev had been earlier twice convicted for extremism and took part in the warfare in Syria; his passport was found on him. The second casualty, Kochkarov, is also treated as a participant of the Syrian warfare. The third one, Movsar Aleroev, a native of Malgobek, lived in Psedakh, was never tried and was not on the prophylactic registry.
